I was having an issue with my McIntosh and looking for a place to check it out. I spoke to a few places that were gonna charge too much just to look at it. After speaking with this people for about 10 minutes on the phone, he suggested I try a few things first before I came all the way down to the service center. After following a few simple instructions, my McIntosh was working again. Its rare to find honest advice these days.
